Terms of Service
Last updated 2 September 2026
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website and to joining the WP SysPeek waitlist. They do not cover the WP SysPeek plugin, because the plugin has not been released. When it is, it will come with its own licence and terms, and those will govern its use.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or join the waitlist.
2. This is a pre-launch site
Everything described on this site is a statement of intent, not a promise. Specifically:
- Nothing is for sale. No tier can be purchased, no payment is taken, and no card details are collected anywhere on this site.
- Prices are indicative. The figures shown are what we intend to launch with. They are not an offer and do not form a contract. We will honour launch pricing for waitlist members where we reasonably can, but reserve the right to change prices before release.
- Features are planned, not delivered. Anything marked "planned" may change, be delayed, or be dropped.
- Release is not guaranteed. We may never release WP SysPeek. Joining the waitlist gives you no entitlement to the product, to a price, or to compensation if it does not appear.
The dashboard shown on the home page is an illustration drawn to show what the plugin is intended to do. It is labelled as such, and is not a screenshot of working software.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means giving us an email address so we can tell you once, when WP SysPeek is released. It costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and creates no obligation to buy anything.
You may ask to be removed at any time by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. How we handle your email address is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Please submit your own email address, not somebody else's, and do not use the form to send automated or bulk submissions.
4. Hosting providers named on this site
This site names hosting companies to describe the environments WP SysPeek is being built to run on. To be unambiguous about what that does and does not mean:
- All product names, trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any of them, and use of their names does not imply any such relationship.
- Naming a provider is not a guarantee that WP SysPeek will work on their service. Hosts configure PHP differently, and some disable functions the plugin would need.
WordPress® is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation. WP SysPeek is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the WordPress Foundation or Automattic.
5. Our content
The text, design, graphics and code of this site belong to [LEGAL ENTITY OR YOUR FULL NAME]. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to break into, disrupt, overload or probe this site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material.
7. No warranty
This site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of this site or from WP SysPeek not being released.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Links to other sites
Where this site links elsewhere, we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the project develops — in particular when WP SysPeek is released, at which point terms covering the plugin itself will be added. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes will be subject to the courts of [JURISDICTION].
Questions about these terms: [CONTACT EMAIL].
