Privacy Policy

The short version
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address so we can email you once, when WP SysPeek launches. We do not sell it, we do not send anything else, and you can have it deleted at any time by asking. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Who we are
This site is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY OR YOUR FULL NAME], based in [COUNTRY]. For anything in this policy, contact [CONTACT EMAIL].
What we collect
One thing: the email address you type into the waitlist form. Nothing else is requested, and no field on this site asks for a name, a company, a website, or payment details.
Separately, the server hosting this site keeps standard access logs — IP address, browser user agent, time of request — which are generated automatically by our hosting provider, [HOSTING PROVIDER], and are used only to keep the site running and secure.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
Your email is used for a single purpose: to notify you when WP SysPeek is released. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and doing so is as easy as giving it — email us and we will delete the address.
We will not add you to a newsletter, send you marketing for other products, or contact you about anything unrelated to this launch.
Who else sees it
The waitlist form is processed by [FORM PROVIDER, e.g. Formspree, Inc.], which receives and stores your email address on our behalf as a data processor. Their handling of it is governed by their own privacy policy.
Beyond that provider and our hosting provider, your email address is not shared with anyone. We do not sell, rent, or trade it, and we do not pass it to advertisers, data brokers, or hosting companies mentioned elsewhere on this site.
If our form or hosting provider is located outside your country, your email address will be transferred and stored there.
How long we keep it
Until the launch email has been sent, and for no more than [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 6 months] after that — or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the product is never released, we will delete the entire waitlist rather than keep it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party trackers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as a result. No cookie is set by that request.
If we later add analytics, this section will be updated before that happens.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — and under the UK and EU GDPR in particular — you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time.
In practice, we hold one email address, so all of these come down to a single message to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is aimed at people who run websites, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your email address is used, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant and you are on the waitlist, we will tell you before it takes effect.
